The room was dirty, the bathroom smelled, plus there was stains on the carpet and the ceiling. It said that it was a no smoking room, yet the bedsheet had cigarette burns. The curtains were torn and the fridge wasn't really working along with the TV. The place was hidden behind a restaurant and it wasn't exactly the safest place. We tried to switch hotels, but it took almost an hour or two on the phone and it didn't even work. They told us to contact the general manager, but they were not there. Not to mention that a man who was at the inn was hitchhiking while holding a (what looked like one of the inn's) TV. I don't know for sure though, so I hope it wasn't. Thankfully, the woman at the desk was very helpful and gave us a refund. Overall, the only good thing about this place was the desk clerk and the refund.
The hotel was decent at best. They were stingy with amenities, including not even leaving trash bags in the rooms. They also promised coffee 24/7 in the lobby, and when I woke up yhere was none, and no staff in sight.
1/5 stars. The gal at the front desk helped us find the location. There are now lights in the parking lot. We were charged for two nights after staying one. Don’t plan on receiving a refund. There was no staff at the desk when we needed to check out. Dirty room. The website at the time advertised hot waffles with breakfast. There were no waffles and very little breakfast. The main picture online of the lobby is not from this location. We slept in our clothes because the sheets were not clean. We didn’t use the shower because there’s mold in the bathroom. The trash wasn't emptied upon arriving. This was the filthiest hotel I have stayed in.
Horrible. Horrible. And property manager Helen is a beast of a human. Horrible to her employees. Refused to help....If only I could post pictures. I am reporting them to the healthy district and filing complaints as far up the chain of command as possible..... Sink covered in cigarette burns, paint, stains...and cockroaches running in bowl. Lamps busted with a hand written sign that says "turn knob" but there is no knob. Had to move table and unplug to shut it off. Lamp shade covered in water stains. Walls have filth and food on them. Tub is stained and blood on wall by toilet just left to try. No trash bag in rubbish can. I slept on a picnic blanket I had in the car out of fear of what could be in the bed. All sheets had random black stains ..... I hardly slept. My skin is crawling. ... P.s. wifi sucks.
When i made the reservation I requested a room downstairs because i have a broken ankle and i am on crutches and i am not supposed to put ANY pressure on my foot. When we got there i was told there were only upstairs room, i asked if they would cancel my reservation so i could find a room elsewhere that was downstairs and i was told i would still be charged they would not cancel. I had to force myself through the pain and walk upstairs. When we for to the room there was only 1 set of hand towels and no big towels. None of the trashcans had liners and the comforters had big holes in them fromcigarettes and they looked filthy! The hallways smelled of smoke and we were in a NO SMOKING room. I stay at many choice hotels and this one definitely does not belong in the choice category. The toilet ran ALL night and shower was broken with minimal pressure but we were told no other rooms available.
